Summary: This property was very clean, the check in process was very straight forward and easy. All the bed mattresses were memory foam, which is so much better than a lot of places I've stayed. It was close to the wedding venue we were there for (Sugar Pointe Estate.) Definitely a great place to stay.

Summary: The house was plenty big enough for all of us to stay comfortably. There was everything we needed supplied for us, pots, pans, cups and plates. The drive way was a little on the smaller size and made parking a little difficult.

Summary: The home is in a great location. Just far enough away from the business areas but close enough to get to beach, historic downtown, golf and resorts quickly. 2 criticisms. Pots and pans need to be replaced. They are old and are not non stick. Made cooking nearly impossible. And there were no beach towels, chairs, etc. It was set up more like someone's home that they are renting temporarily than with the needs of guests in mind. But that is likely because it is a new property on tje market. Overall, great property and an excellent trip. Good work Eric!

Summary: Lovely, spacious house. We’re the family that gathers around the kitchen. The large kitchen island that made that perfect for us. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Easy check in & check out. Owner very responsive.
