Summary: Nick at the front desk was so nice checking us in. He always had good conversation and made us feel comfortable. Rooms were nice The only "negatives" would be that the sofa bed was not comfortable at all, and we knew breakfast was over at 9am, we were sitting there eating & the kitchen worker just shut the door, didn't ask if anyone wanted to grab anything last min before he shut the door, which I thought was pretty rude. Other than that, stay was good

Summary: Stayed with kids. Pool was cloudy and moisture levels in pool area were excessive causing to question ventilation and chemical levels. Cloudy pools arent clean pools. This should have been closed and remedied.

Summary: The hotel exceeded my expectations. I booked it last minute not knowing what to expect and my overall experience was pretty good. I have complaints. My only critique is that they can maybe alternate between bacon and sausage sometimes (the only meat option each day was sausage) and add more hot food selections. Other than that, this is a great place to stay!

Summary: Rooms qere not torpughly cleaned. Lots up dist and dirt in corners, on tables, and under bathroom sink. Sleeper sofa had not been cleaned in a while. Breakfast was kwpt up with. Would not bring more items out that were empty. Tables were never cleaned. Staff were commenting to one another that they did not want to be here this weekend. Multiple youth sports staying this weekend

Summary: Overall it wasn’t too bad, except for the fact that the property pictures show a bbq picnic area with grills, which we wanted to take advantage off, since we were going to stay there several days, and wanted to make our own food a few times. We took with us food to grill, and then we couldn’t find the grill anywhere, we ask the attendant on the front desk (Nick), and he was clueless, not only that, he proceeded to ask us, what was outside because he had never been there!!!, 😲really!!!, how do they trained people?, they don’t show them their own property and amenities?, why would you ask us what’s out there?, if you don’t know, please go outside and look, so you can know what your own work offers…😩😖truly disappointing, we waited money on steaks, that by the end of our trip were bad( refrigerators do not have a freezer. And we brought a bunch of unnecessary stuff to cook on the grill thinking it was there… if you don’t have grills, please take down the pictures that show them. Also, we asked in the front desk if someone could go and give us a few more towels and clean up a bit the bathroom ( since we were staying several nights), no one ever came, nor left more towels… please do a better job training people so they know all the things your hotel offers or not.🙁🙁😩 we actually afterwards asked a girl in the cleaning crew about the grills, she came back with an answer. We are still waiting for Nick to answer our question about the grills. Too about about the service.
