Positive: Very open floorplan. Easy access to highways as well as back roads. Kitchen is amazing. Host left a basket of fresh made rolls for us. Still warm when we arrived. Also allowed us to get some of his fresh picked sweet corn as well.

Negative: Beds are quite high in the air but comfortable.

Summary: We had an amazing stay and will certainly be booking this place again on our next trip.

Positive: This was a wonderful, spacious property with everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The owner, Isaiah, went above and beyond to welcome us and make sure we were adequately accommodated. The beds were comfortable and the couch was perfect for sleeping on top of super comfy lounging. The extra air mattresses were perfect for our group.

Summary: I will definitely recommend this property and hope to stay again in the future.

Positive: The Spooky Nook House was AMAZING 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼!!!! We were a small group visiting Manheim for a Large Volleyball Tournament. We literally just walked across the street. Parking at the Spooky Nook Sports Complex can be a little hectic so it was incredible being able to come and go as we pleased , PLUS we were able to save $10 a day in parking!!! Our Host was AMAZING as well!!!! He was extremely easy to communicate with and was very generous with any requests. The House was Spotless!!! We could have not brought anything but our clothes BECAUSE Everything that we might have possibly needed was Provided!!!! We have stayed in homes all over while traveling with Club Ball. The SPOOKY NOOK HOUSE By Far has been our Absolute Best and Favorite place that we have stayed!!!! Super Cool and Unique!!!! We will DEFINITELY Be Booking this house again Next year!!! Thank You Isaiah for EVERYTHING and Especially for the most amazing Homemade Biscuits with the jar of locally made Jam and our favorite (also local😁) Land of Lakes butter!!! Best Stay in our Books to Date❤️🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼! ❤️Megan

Negative: Overall, I had a good experience, but I did encounter one issue during my stay. The property has a large parking lot attached, which was often used as a turnaround spot. At times, it felt uncomfortable as some individuals would sit and stare while we were coming in and out. However, I should mention that there was a tournament happening at the facility across the street during my stay, which likely contributed to the increased traffic and activity in the area.

Summary: I would defiantly stay here again if in the area.
