Positive: The location was nice, had lots of shops around. It is around 30 min on train to reach central Munich without changing the line, really close. Had free places to park a car (though it would be good for that to be indicated in the initial message from the property as we were not sure what is a correct place). It was warm inside.
Negative: The place is small, and even more so it has sloping ceilings so you can walk normally only in the middle. We found it a bit small for 4 people. The place seemed old, would be good to do some renovation (everything was in though, so it might be fine for you) In the checkout instructions it was written to clean the apartment after leaving. This was not indicated when booking the place, and I haven't seen it anywhere when booking places before.

Positive: The communication with the host was excellent. We were a group of three and found the apartment clean and comfortable, with everything we needed, the host even left us some bottles of water and Apfelschorle. Additionally there are supermarkets close to the apartment.
Negative: The apartment is perfect, but the location might not suit everyone, if you want to stay in the center, it may not be ideal. However, there is a train that takes you to Munich Hbf in 20 minutes, although it runs only between 5 am and 9 pm, if you travel later than that, you'll need to make some transfers to reach the apartment. We had the Deutschlandticket, so this was not a problem for us.

Positive: We needed a cheap accomondation for the Oktoberfest, which we found with this apartment. The self-check is in principal easy to do, also you go in with a code and therefore don't need to care about a key. The apartment itself was really clean. Everything we needed was there. Also two water bottles were provided for us. The beds were comfortable. The owner was really nice and helpful. Also there is a bakery, supermarket and other shops near the apartment, which is pretty nice.
Negative: The self check-in was done by putting in a pin code. The device was kinda hard to activate at first and we weren't told at first, that you should "knock" on the device to activate it easily. In the apartment the remote control of the TV didn't work, because the battery was empty. Also it would have been nice to have a information sheet for things like the wifi password beforehand and not having to ask for it. The apartement is half an hour away from munich and a 15 min walk from the station, so it is always kind of a hassle to get into the city (however this was clear beforehand).
