The apartment has been recently renovated with marble floors and modern bathrooms and completly firnished the condo is centrally located and it is within walking distance to the beautifull beach of la concha and to many spectaculars places fogo de chAo brazilian steak house and many hotels and casinos also you have CVS and Walgreens 24/7 plus grocery stores and fresh mart for those who love organic old san juan is at 5 minutes drive or you can go to the bus stop which is located at one minute walk from the property right in front la concha provide private parking with private code and shower and beach towels plus beach chairs for your enjoyment A/C through out the apartment plus every bedroom has A/C and TV with cable and free wifi you'll love the location as well as the apartment and also state of the art brand new stylish kitchen.
Note: the washer and dryer is only allow to use it guest who are staying a week or more for guest staying less than a week and want access to the laundry there’s a charge of $50.00 which you can pay in cash during the check in thank you.

Summary: Quick, lovely stay for our family of four. Directions were a little confusing but quick response from Ozzie got us where we needed to be. We loved the layout and this 3 bedroom was perfect for us.

Summary: Property was very nice and clean in a great location - lots of space for 4 girls on a trip to reconnect. The A/C and ceiling fans in each bedroom allowed for personal temperature control; the living room area also had A/C. It is within walking distance of great restaurants (Ropa Vieja, Pannes, Orozcos) and the Condado beach. Gated parking spot was a plus as parking is difficult in the area. Ossie was available when we had questions at check-in. While the condo building was not on a main street, there was a fair amount of noise from passing cars after 11pm. It was not a problem for us but noticeable enough to mention. We would definitely stay here again if we came back.

Summary: Our family of 5, kids and grandma included, had a great stay. The apartment was in excellent shape and great location for us to explore San Juan. Close to the water, excellent restaurants (highly recommend El Refran!) And easy parking.

Summary: Four friends and I stayed at this place and had a great time. Two couples and one friend. We are in our mid twenties and found this location to be great for us and the price was fair. We were able to wake up in the morning and find a good spot for breakfast/brunch and the nearby Walgreens was very nice as well. We could easily walk places and getting a ride/uber to La placita on Friday/Saturday nights and back was easy, quick and not expensive. The host/owner provided us with great recommendations and the check in process was really easy, same with leaving. I would definitely stay here again!

Summary: Everything about this condo was amazing for our family of 6! The location was perfect for walking to the beach, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. The condo was very clean and we felt very safe. Ossie was very responsive to our inquiries and easy to work with. We will definitely stay again!

Summary: Location was the most important matter for my family in the center of the condado area. Facility had a great layout for our family. Parking was good and secure. Property Manager was always available. We had a great experience in our stay.

Summary: I’m glad I picked this place to stay when I came to Puerto Rico it really added to the overall positive experience of my family’s trip, beautiful place with a good vibe everything worked and it was close to a lot of places it really feels like the owners put a lot of effort into making sure their clients are satisfied. Everything works, AC and beds are amazing.

Summary: We stayed at Ossie’s condo in Condado for 6 nights. It was the perfect size for my family of 5 that included 3 teen girls. There was AC in each room with fans that worked very well. I wanted to rent something with a washer and dryer as well as a parking spot and Ossie’s place was perfect! Great location to walk to the beach and the unit has beach towels and beach chairs to take with you. The unit had everything we needed and we enjoyed walking to the awesome restaurants and bars nearby. I will definitely be renting this unit again when I return!

Summary: Easy Host to work with, everything was as described on listing. Great for our family and so close to the beach, restaurants, bars and Old San Juan. Felt completely safe walking the neighborhood at night. We would stay again.
