Summary: Overall, the accommodations were good. There was an issue with the check-in process but was resolved right away. For the 4th of July weekend, the neighbors were quiet with some fireworks but nothing late and obnoxious.

Summary: We stayed here because it was inbetween Jekyll Cumberland, and Amelia Island. The neighbors can be a bit scary, but foe the price it is a minor inconvenience.

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very clean. As the unit was a two bedroom, we found it very comfortable. There is a need for maybe a love seat in living as there was only two recliners in the living, there were four of us. The unit is old but has been up dated and very clean. Beds were comfortable.

Summary: Beautiful little house that just needs some attention! It's comfortable and in a great location, but one shower and the garbage disposal weren't working. The backyard was a little unkempt and there were some holes in the fence. But overall we enjoyed our stay!
