Cozy ten year old home with an open floorplan and lots of occupancy. Approx. 2,000 sq ft. 10 miles and only 3 stop lights to downtown Durango. Easy access to airport & hospital. Situated on over an acre of tall pines, ask about horse boarding which is available if you need it! Kitchen open to living area, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are downstairs. Wide open upstairs, about 700b sq ft. Message me details about your pet or horse(s) if you are traveling with animals. Owner lives next door (a few acres away), so be aware that extra guests or animals will be visible. So if you are bringing more than is allowed tell me in advance and maybe we can work that out! Summary: Beautiful home surrounded by Pondorosa Pines. Spacious and clean . My family and I had a wonderful time on back patio, watching the beautiful horses next door, and enjoying some privacy. The host of the house is very friendly and helpful if you need anything.

Summary: The house is in a very quiet neighborhood about 15 minutes from Durango. Everything was easy - check in, check out. House was clean and communication with owner was effortless. Not much more you can ask for.

Summary: Our stay in Durango was enjoyed by the entire family. Renting the property was easy. The owner provided everything we needed and the house was clean and well appointed. We enjoyed the location a little outside of the heart of Durango with an easy commute to all the surrounding attractions. The kids really enjoyed petting the horses next to the house as well.

Summary: We loved being beyond the bustle of busy Durango especially with such a gracious host as Anne, who took in some advance parcels for us and was very kind to our pup Cruiser. The house has a comfortable, country feel. For us, coming from suburban CA, it was a refreshing change, including the delightful clean air. We drove the 20 minutes into Denver to sample the excellent restaurants there. We also rode the Durango & Silverton RR, one way up, coach on return as recommended wisely by friends. Durango is a great town and this was a comfortable place to stay. Thank you Anne.
