Enjoy a Great Floor Plan with this completely Remodeled Condo. It features a large master bedroom with it's own bath. The living room has a vaulted ceiling which allows for a very open feeling, along with a 60 inch High Definition television and very comfortable leather sofa. The master has a 50 inch television. The kitchen is all new with granite countertops and will have everything you will need. The Condo is an end unit and one story with no one above and shares only one wall and has all pella windows and doors, which allows it to be quieter than most condos. It has a small but private back patio with A webber grill and some very comfortable chairs around a round table with an umbrella. It has a covered parking spot in the back or you can pull right up to the front door in the front.

All guests must adhere to the city and house rules. Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am The city prohibits music and loud noise during these hours.. Summary: Great condo in a quiet neighborhood. Kitchen is FULLY STOCKED and anything you may have missed for your trip is there for your convenience. Close to everything. Will stay here again (if available) on my next business trip!

Summary: The two bedroom, two bath condo was just as advertised. Spotless with a well stocked kitchen including every pot, pan and utensil you could think of. Especially enjoyed sitting in the private outdoor patio. Highly recommend!

Summary: We came to Arizona for hockey and spring training. This location was perfect. The property was in immaculate condition and well stocked. The property manager explained everything thoroughly when we arrived. He was also easy to reach when we had questions. I would return to this location and highly recommend it to others.

Summary: We have stayed here before and it is the perfect property to stay in Tempe. The location is great for all sorts of shops, grocery stores, restaurants etc. and close to the Western Canal path for walking or biking. The property is one of the best appointed that we have ever stayed in with absolutely everything you could possibly need. It is very clean. The hosts are very hospitable with an easy check in and check out process and great communication. They were so gracious when we needed to stay an extra week and made the continued reservation process very simple. I would not hesitate to recommend this to anyone who is looking for a place to stay in the area.

Summary: This is the second time we have stayed in this property and it is absolutely perfect for our needs. The location is great with easy access for all shops, restaurants, entertainment and grocery stores that Tempe has to offer. It is close to the Western Canal Path for those who like to walk or bike. The property is very clean and the best appointed of any property we have stayed in with absolutely everything you could possibly need. The hosts are very communicative and were flexible with our last minute request to stay additional days. They make check in and out very easy. We would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking to stay in tempe or near Phoenix.
