• We kindly ask that you treat the property with care and leave it in a clean condition upon departure. Please do not move any furniture and report any damages that may occur during your stay.
• An additional cleaning fee may be charged if the apartment is left excessively dirty or messy upon checkout.
• To maintain a pleasant environment for all guests, we kindly ask that you avoid consuming strongly scented foods such as durian or curry inside the apartment.
• Please keep noise to a minimum between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m and avoid any disruptive behaviour during this time.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited. A $200 fee will be deducted from the security deposit if any evidence of smoking is found.
• Parties and events are not permitted on the premises. If such activity is reported during your stay, you will be asked to vacate immediately, and a $300 fee will apply for any evidence of such gatherings.
• Please note that pets are not allowed. This helps us ensure a clean and comfortable space for all guests.
• If you are locked out and require assistance from the manager, a $50 fee applies between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m and a $100 fee applies between 5 p.m. and 10 p.m. Please note that we are unable to assist with key-related issues after 10 p.m.
• A $200 fee will be charged for any lost keys.
• The use of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited. Any violations will result in immediate notification to authorities, termination of your stay, eviction, and forfeiture of any rental fees.
