This cozy cottage is thoughtfully separated from the main property, boasting its own private entrance for a completely self-contained experience. The space exudes a delightful cottage ambiance with beautiful gardens and a grassy area.
It's just a 5-minute stroll to Mermaid Beach, Woolworths, bottle shop, & an array of inviting cafes and restaurants.
Suits - two couples; a couple with one or two children; or a private getaway for two.

The living area is spaceous and opens up to a northern garden and alfresco eating area, Kitchen is fully set up with full size fridge, oven and stove, dishwasher and microwave and washing machine.

Summary: The cottage was very cozy, and everything we needed was there. Close to the shops, the beach etc... We enjoyed the patio where we could have fresh air. Maybe the owner could take care of the garden and rearrange the pots plants . Really needed!
