This remodeled prime 1 bedroom/1 bath first story condo reveals white porcelain tile flooring with a luxurious adjustable king size bed just inside the front door to the left side. A few more steps into the condo is a small and a large cherry wood bathroom vanity with granite countertops that leads to a combination shower and jacuzzi tub, for a relaxing bubble bath. Continuing down the hallway, on the left side, is a bar with 2 contemporary adjustable bar chairs. On the other side of the bar is a fully equipped granite countertop and cherry wood cabinet kitchen with a gas stove and stainless appliances. Directly in front of you is a very comfortable living and dining room area which opens up just past the bar. The living and dining area unveils a wall to wall glass patio door with an unwinding view of the sunrise over Lake Conroe. The condo walls display beautiful canvas pictures of places, and the year, we have travelled through many states in the U.S. and internationally to the countries of France and Italy. Summary: This property would be good for someone wanting to fish, and the owners were good communicators. They provided a lot of information. The condo was equipped with helpful kitchen supplies. The king sized bed was comfortable and the bedroom was well equipped. They supply bug spray, which was needed. During my long weekend in June there were quite a few gnats and other bugs, which were very annoying. One of lamps had a plastic-covered lampshade, where a small spider and other small bugs were trapped. I would recommend a thorough cleaning. There was a long dark hair in the bathroom sink and an old french fry in the storage drawer under the stove. The air conditioner cooled the condo, but was very loud and continuously reset to a higher temperature. I would realize I was feeling warm and then had to get up to turn down the AC again. I don't understand why "recent remodel" is listed in the description. I could not see any evidence of a remodel inside the condo. Also, anyone with mobility issues should be aware that the Jacuzzi tub (the only shower) has a step up and then a deep step down into the tub.

Summary: Our stay was perfect! The condo was as described. The view of Lake Conroe was absolutely beautiful! You can fish from the balcony. Even though we did not have time to fish-there was fishing equipment and worms available. The hosts were quick to respond to any questions.Check-in was flawless. The guest book was very helpful!Would definitely stay again!

Summary: Came here for nieces wedding but made it a relaxation weekend and it was beautiful and perfect. The condo was amazing the owners as well we are already wanting to stay again with our boys. Being on the water and enjoying the peacefulness all day is what I needed. Definitely will be back.

Summary: The condo was amazing especially coming back from walking all day at Ren Faire & relaxing in the big jacuzzi tub. Sitting in the mornings or at night out on the balcony with the view of the water was a plus also. I love being on the water.
