This is the perfect place if you're looking for a cozy home in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood within walking distance of the Oneonta Country Club golf course and 3 minute drive to Cooperstown All Star Village. The main floor features a full kitchen, dining area and living room. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms and a full bath. There's plenty of space in the back yard for lawn games and you will likely see birds and rabbits too! Cook a meal on the outdoor grill and enjoy the patio.
The neighborhood is calm and quiet, adjacent to the golf course and a very short drive from Cooperstown All Star Village baseball resort.
Guests have access to the entire house, laundry in the basement and large back yard with privacy fence, patio and outdoor gas grill.

Summary: The house was very clean, beautiful wood floors and woodwork. Nice yard and quiet nice neighborhood. Love the kitchen had labels on doors. Also had lots of extra with condiments in fridge, shampoo/conditioner and lotion in bathroom. Also has infant needs with baby bath, high chair and pack n play for little ones. Very close to all star village as we were there for baseball. Easy for us going back and forth to games and having a quiet retreat after a long day. Highly recommend.
