Positive: Amazing stay at COMO Metropolitan London. From the outside staff to the front desk, room service, breakfast team, and everyone in between — the service was truly 10/10. Everyone was sweet, helpful, and always ready to solve any problem with a smile. Special thanks to Nikita, Dula, and Alex for making our stay extra memorable. The location is perfect and very central. Easy bus access to Harrods, Bond Street, and other parts of London, and many places are also within walking distance. The hotel itself is beautiful, with spacious, modern, and very clean rooms. One thing we really appreciated was that the bathroom had an automatic Muslim shower/shattaf, which is very convenient. What really makes this hotel special is the staff and hospitality. Highly recommended.

Positive: People were very supportive. They really understood my need for quiet room and changed it 2 times. Very prompt. The bed & pillows very comfortable..

Negative: The furniture is not at all 5 stars level. Is broken and repaired below even a 4 stars hotel. The noise from the general ventilation for the rooms that are facing the interior is very high. Even at 9th floor I could hear it.
