Come "nest" in our tree top condo atop the 100 foot cliffs at Cape Foul Weather, Otter Rock , Oregon. The condo, has a master suite with 2 queen beds.
The condo has it's private decks front and ocean viewing. Private entry for the master suite as well.
We know our condo will be your "home away".
The master suite has a full ocean/forest views. The suite is on the corner of the building. Full ocean view that many say makes their stay totally awesome. Our beach is considered one of the most beautiful tidal pool areas on the Oregon coast.
NOTE PLEASE.....Added information.... 7/27/2021....This property is on the upper level and with the tree top view you will have.... PAVED...pathway and 12 steps to move up to our loft condo. Note, there will be some walking to get from the guest parking to the unit. (I've edited this description to make note for guest who may have heath issues or would have a problem doing some walking up and down on the property)
The effort is truly worth the location on the ocean.....
Sit by the 20 foot windows and watch the ocean waves crash below you. Watch seals rest daily on the rocks and the whales feed in the kelp beds. You have a full view of all that is going on here. Sit on the decks and watch the waves explode on the lava cliffs. You can sit on your private decks to watch the eagles fly by everyday.
The property sits on 35 acres of old growth rain forest right on the ocean. We have for your enjoyment a heated pool, hot Tub, and saunas. The property has Tennis courts/basketball courts as well to have fun with your entire family. Our restaurant is open seasonally for in dinning and take out. Open Thursday through Sunday. Many brides and grooms have had their weddings on the grounds. We have a very large convention center with private kitchen and rooms to provide receptions and business meetings. For the business minded our internet is high speed to help you stay in touch,... if you must. Service dogs with papers are welcome.
The property is so beautiful with 50 plus year old "Rhoddies" that bloom every spring and into the summer. Our a gardern areas are filled with every kind of flower to enjoy and photograph year round. This is paradise on the Oregon Coast!
We are located 8 miles north of Newport and 4 miles south of Depoe Bay. You'll be right in the middle of all the great activities going on everyday on the Oregon coast. Summary: Beautiful views wonderful heated pool and beach access. The hike up the hill is long but not difficult. Jst be ready for it we had our own wagon to help. They had sand toys for the kids which was also awesome. The coffee was the main complaint the packets were not enough for a pot. But that is minor and didnt ruin the stay.

Summary: The stay at Ellen's unit at Otter Rock was great for my family of 4. The room was great for our needs for a few days - we used the fridge and the microwave and took advantage of the available plates, silverware, cups and some of the beach toys for gathering cool rocks. The property is really fun - we took advantage of the pool every day (love that the hot tub is adults only!), played on the beach and in the tidepools, played pingpong, and walked the super short distance to the little "town" of Otter Rock and the stairs to Beverly Beach. Great, easy stay.

Summary: We had a great stay at Ellen's 'eagles nest' at OtterCrest. The view from the appartment is stunning and the park is beautiful. The OtterCrest location is perfect for trips along the Oregon coast. Highly recommend!

Summary: Ellen's unit at The Inn at Otter Crest was wonderful. The room was clean, fully stocked with necessities and the location was wonderful. the kids swam, played in the activity center and we talked along the tide pools below the property. on top of all of this, Ellen was a fabulous host! Thank you, we will be back!

Summary: Ellen (host) was so kind! Greeted us upon arrival and showed us around. A lot of uphill walking and stairs to get to the room, but it was comfy and clean (albeit a little dated & some minor repairs needed). Kitchenette is minimal, but we didn’t need to cook. Beautiful view from the balcony! Saw whales & seals, just where we were told they would be! The Inn grounds are beautifully landscaped, and the quaint Spyglass restaurant has yummy food! Their GF veggie pizza was actually quite impressive, as was my whiskey stone sour drink. So many beautiful sights within a short walk or drive! It was a quick getaway for us, but just what we needed. Definitely would consider going back!

Summary: Beautiful stay here. It’s very high up with no elevator but so worth it if you are able. The view is spectacular and the area is close to Newport where you can visit the seals and the lighthouse and beautiful grounds. It’s like living in the forest here, we loved it.
