Tastefully decorated 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condominium overlooking Paugus Bay from the balcony. You will enjoy a generous sized bedroom with a King size bed and single sofa-bed with a 32 inch flat screen TV. There is a fully equipped kitchen that is open to the dining room and living room, which has a 50 inch flat screen smart TV with Netflix. There is a slider to the balcony that overlooks Paugus Bay with beautiful sunsets. The condo sleeps 5 with a King bed, very comfortable pullout sofa (single) and a sectional couch that converts to sleeping. The facilities include a new outdoor pool (seasonal), a restaurant, and plaza with shops being renovated and spa hair and nail salon on lower level. Plenty of shopping in the area is within walking distance. There are many dining options in the area as well. Gunstock and Weirs beach are each about a 5-10 minute drive away. Weirs beach on Lake Winnipesaukee has plenty of public parking and a wonderful boardwalk and arcade for the whole family. Gunstock Mountain has great skiing and trails. Funspot, a gigantic arcade and bowling alley is about a 15 minute drive. There is so much to do there with neighboring Meredith's Mill Falls and many lakes to choose from. Towels and blankets are available. We are located a minute walk to the Margate. Bike week rentals must be the complete week.

Summary: I’d stayed at multiple units in this condominium complex. This one looks to be original construction vs. other units that have been updated. Great location and nice pool. The outside of the building could use a refresh. There was a slight delay in check in due to the wrong code being given. Also, the unit was out of toilet paper. Overall, it suited our needs (we were there for a concert) just fine.

Summary: ...but the exterior of the building was fairly dirty and rundown. Building amenities were fine, including a bar/pool tables, pool, but the highlight was a breakfast and lunch cafe owned and operated by a young family. Food and service were wonderful.

Summary: Stayed for 2nights for Chris Stapleton concert. Convenient place to stay. Property does need major face lift. Vintage late 60’s early 70’s. Condo needs updating. Carpets need to go as well as the out dated tile. Furniture needs to be updated not comfortable. Would not stay again

Summary: He had stayed in the same condo complex last year so we had a good idea of what to expect. The location to area attractions is great. For those looking for easy access to Weir’s beach, Bank of NH pavilion and also the convenience of a local Shaw’s market and Walmart the location and value are great. Wi-Fi at the condo was reliable since cell service is not. We did not use the pool on the premises so can’t comment on that nor the on-premises support. Would consider staying here again.

Summary: We stayed in this unit for two night. Easy drive to grocery store and to Weir’s Beach. There are some shops and a decent restaurant downstairs. The pool was clean and just a short walk through the building. Although we encountered a couple minor issues, the property owner was very responsive and answer within minutes. There’s a double bed, a pull out sofa in the bedroom, and a couch that folds down in the living room. It’s not the Ritz, but it was comfortable.
