Positive: Excellent location for Laconias bike week. Plenty of space with large kitchen and private bedrooms. Enjoyed the deck, but especially the hot tub after a long day of riding

Positive: The house was beautiful and in a nice quiet location. It was close to places we were interested in going. The house was very clean. We enjoyed the decks, both upper and lower. The house has very nice finishes. Modern bathrooms and kitchen. We would definitely return.
Negative: The grill was not usable. It was dirty and the burners were barely working. The couch was nice but not too comfortable. The hot water in the shower was minimal. It did not have views of the mountains as stated.

Positive: The location was great and the hot tub was very enjoyable. Linens and bathrooms were clean and kitchen had what we needed to cook.
Negative: There was a family of moles living in the bottom level. We caught three during our weekend stay. Our children were afraid. They were running from under the wine cooler into the bedrooms and closets. Baseboard heaters had steel wool so we assume the owners were aware of the problem.

Positive: This was a chance for me to be alone with my kids. Each was to stay two nites where I would be alone with each child. The first one to arrive decided to stay for the majority of the trip because it felt so nice to be away from the City. We had a lovely time. Kitchen was great, bathrooms were great, jacuzzi was super great! I ended up up with a deer tick from removing the leaves from the stairs so that was a bummer. We don’t have deer ticks where I live so it got embedded pretty deep. Always something to learn about life. This is a retreat from others. Not much to do but hike, cook and visit! Loved every minute!
Negative: The leaves were piled up on the stairs. Needed a blower or broom.
