Summary: Gloria was very nice and accommodating. However, the place was not as the pictures showed. The pictures must have been from when things were new. Couch has stains from people sitting on it. Carpets are stained. The bed coverlet was so stained and disgusting that we took it off the bed and put it underneath. The only thing that kept us there was that we arrived late from traveling and the sheets seemed clean, and this is a one-horse town in the fall. There was nothing open at that time. Don't believe the reviews about the cleanliness and save your money!!!

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was comfortable, clean, had everything you needed and was in a great location. We enjoyed walking across the street to the lake and up the hill to go the concert next door. We were also a short drive from Weirs Beach. We had great communication and hope to stay there again.

Summary: Stayed in Gilford to see the Tedeschi Trucks Band at Meadowbrook. The place was perfect right across the street from the lake with a nice beach. Nice view and atmosphere from the deck. Place was well appointed with everything we needed. Gloria, was the ideal host. She went above and beyond for us, and we will always remember her kindness.

Summary: You can't beat this location: directly across the street from the beach and within walking distance of the Ban of New Hampshire Pavilion. We enjoyed the beach view, which few of the units in this large condo complex have. It was hot, so we took advantage of the complex's private beach, which is well equipped with chairs and cook-out facilities. We were there for a concert and were thrilled to find that there is a short path from the back of the complex right to the front gate of the Bank of New Hampshire Pavilion. The host was friendly and helpful. The unit was clean, although the complex is older and could benefit from some updating. We really enjoyed our stay.
