Positive: I liked that we can watch the sunrise & it was right on the beach & over all it was nice .
Negative: I feel like it needed a fan in the bathroom for ventilation & for the dryer too because the top of the ceiling gets wet from the heat. Kind of bummed that the cones get put up on one side of the entrances because if we pass the first one we have to do a u-turn instead of just going in the 2nd entrance
Summary: Overall the location was great , you get your own beach & there is a pool . The waves are very calm so it is great f

Negative: Closet was full of stuff I hang my clothes small corner..bed in the living area is broken but it's comfy.

Positive: It’s exactly what I envisioned. It was slow pace with gorgeous views of the ocean. I loved having the ocean right on our backyard. Every morning my daughter and I would have our cup of coffee on the patio and just looked out to sea and enjoyed every moment of it. The weather was awesome. I can still picture and hear the beauty of the ocean and the sounds. If you walk Down to the beach you will see a swing hanging from a coconut tree on the right side, we took full opportunity and took many beautiful pictures there. Also, there is a small gym on the facility that facilitated my needs. The owner of the property was OUTSTANDING, I have all but good things to say about him. He allowed us extra early check in which took a huge weight off my shoulders.
Negative: The Construction going on can be a bit annoying at times, but I knew that when I booked.
Summary: Absolutely loved our stay.

Positive: We absolutely loved being on this oceanfront. It’s in a very nice location close to lots of things. We spent alot of time on that side of the island so it was very convenient. Lots of sea turtle sightings behind the property. The unit was very comfortable and clean. The beach cart, chairs and toys were a nice touch for the kids.
Negative: The property was under construction. Which they did tell us after we booked. If you’re out during the day then the noise isn’t an issue. But it’s an eye sore. We also wanted to use the paddle boards/kayaks that were advertised, but they were roped off. The unit itself only as a/c in the living room. Which was slightly annoying for the bedroom. If you kept the living room door open and the bedroom window open, it was more than sufficient to cool the unit. But my kids slept in the living room and were cold so we couldn’t keep the sliding door open. So it was a little hot in the bedroom.
Summary: Enjoyed our stay. The oceanfront breeze and waves made up for the small dings.

Positive: The appartment was beautifull at a really good location. The beach is very good for snorkeling, each day we saw the turtles up close. Also spotted octopus, murray eels, and lots of smaller fish!
Negative: Be aware of overcharging. I was overcharged by more than 400 USD. While the first charge was perfectly 50% of the agreed upon amount, the second charge (a few days prior to arrival) was a lot higher. The hosts claimed it was due to a 'transient fee' and 'taxes', and said the fault was with booking.com and not with them. However according to booking.com they had no control over what was being charged by the hosts.. It took me way too much effort to get the money back (I only got it back after letting the hosts know I would take legal action if it was not returned).
Summary: Amazing appartment, but be aware that the host overcharges your credit card!

Negative: The only drawback was that we had mosquitoes inside. Otherwise, we really enjoyed Our Stay. There was a Power Outage in town due to a Storm. (Mother Nature)
