Summary: Great house. Plenty of sleeping room for adults & kids. Mind you, guests sleeping in the loft area said it got very hot at night. Dock area was perfect for both our pontoon boat and floaty devices for the kids to play on. We cruised, tubed, kayaked, swam, had bonfires and s'mores. Fun week for all.

Summary: This is a great property with a cool vibe! Many unique spaces to enjoy the lake. Flexible layout in the home. Very clean and well equipped. Only 15 minutes to SUNY Geneseo with lots of cool restaurants nearby. Property owners seem organized, friendly, and welcoming. I would recommend this property! We enjoyed graduation weekend here and would recommend you book this property early as it is perfect!

Summary: Our daughter is studying at Geneseo and this was the perfect getaway to visit her and relax with the family. The house was extremely clean, the kitchen had all the items we needed to cook a holiday dinner, the beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for a family of 6 and a dog! The kids loved the loft and said it was amazing to wake up and see the lake first thing in the morning! We will definitely book again the next time we are in the area!
