On the 3rd floor, you'll find an additional bedroom with twin bunk beds and a full bathroom. The bunk beds are built with standard twin mattresses.

The expansive living room, kitchen, and dining area offer a perfect space for entertaining, featuring french doors that open to the balcony with city views beyond. The living area includes a Smart TV, and the chef's kitchen is equipped with all brand new appliances including a gas stove, microwave, toaster, and a French door refrigerator with a pull-out freezer drawer. A very large center island with pots, pans, utensils, and serving ware. Coffee station with Nespresso, French Press, Pour Over and electric kettle.
