This contemporary and stylish 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home in Normanville has spectacular views of Links Lady Bay Golf Course, Lady Bay Vineyard and surrounding hills. It is newly renovated and now ready for family and friends to enjoy!
The property has a light and spacious open-plan kitchen, dining and living area with sliding doors that open onto the elevated deck with180 degree views. Kangaroos are frequently seen from the deck. Don’t forget your bathers, as there is a heated
( September to May) in-ground pool too (pool is hared too).
The property has just been refurnished and has a stylish contemporary casual vibe. The gourmet kitchen includes an Espresso Coffee Machine and coffee plunger, a Miele stove top, a microwave and a dishwasher. On the deck, there is a large BBQ for casual evening meals. There is a new high definition smart TV, blue ray/DVD/CD player for your entertainment needs. There is also a selection of books and games for you to enjoy.
There are two modern bathrooms, one on each level of the house. The lower level bathroom has a bath. The laundry has a washing machine.
The three bedrooms all have built-in robes and have the following bedding configurations:
Bedroom Configurations (Sleeps 9, 6 Adults and 3 Children):
• Main Bedroom: Queen Bed (Sleeps 2)
• Second Bedroom: Queen Bed (Sleeps 2)
• Third Bedroom: Single/Single Bunk Bed* with Single Trundle and Double Bed (Sleeps 5, *top bunk bed is not suitable for an adult). Trundle bed is available upon request.
The beds will be freshly made for guest arrival with sheets, pillowcases, and quilt covers. Bath towels, mats, hand towels, and tea towels are all supplied.
Your pets are very welcome to enjoy this wonderful holiday house with you. And of course, like every PetLet property, your dogs and cats are welcome inside (maximum of 2 pets allowed). There is a Stratco pool fencing around the backyard (1.2m high) to keep your fur kids safe. Please note that at this stage very small dogs could go through between the bars until modifications are made.
There are many amenities nearby. It is a short walk to the Links Lady Bay Peninsula Bar and Restaurant where you can take in the stunning sea views from the balcony and enjoy a meal. Downstairs is the Golf Pro shop where you can book to play a round of golf. If tennis is more your style the tennis courts at the resort can be hired at $10 per hour. The gym is also open to the public for $10 per session.
Normanville has a number of restaurants, cafés and shops as well as a long sandy beach perfect for relaxed walks and swimming, as well as a short jetty where you can try your luck catching a fish.
This property is located on the Fleurieu Peninsula, in close proximity to the McLaren Vale wine region and is a convenient launch pad for access to Kangaroo Island.

Summary: I took my family for a late winter getaway and it couldn’t have been better. Perfect house, amazing views, and we were lucky with spectacular weather. The house is well appointed and we appreciated the quality of linens, kitchen equipment and general quality feel. Sometimes in these holiday rentals they are decked out with grandmas hand-me-down furniture and cookware. Not this place. First class. Was wonderful that we could bring our little sausage dog (Chops) to make it a great escape for all of us. Loved it. The hosts can’t do anything about this but some neighbours with two big dogs (weekend renters) which barked a lot caused us a few issues as we kept our dog inside more often so they wouldn’t bark. But these things can happen with pet friendly houses close to one another. Our daughter made friends with some of the long term residents of the precinct. That was very sweet and added to a nice community feel. A second TV downstairs would be a ‘value-add’ for the kids too but overall a wonderful stay. Want to sell it?!?!? ;))

Summary: It was comfortable & enjoyable. Cleaning of oven should be better and we had to lift the cushions on the lounge to look for a lost earring and there was a lot of debris under them. This didn’t really bother us but we all felt that the cleaner should be made aware of this - thanks.

Summary: Views of the hills beyond the golf course are incredible. Watching the golfers and the kangaroos was quite an enjoyable experience. Well appointed kitchen with everything you’ll need for a nice stay. The only set backs: No WiFi, no shade on the upstairs balcony at the rear of the property. Would suggest a blind in the upstairs bathroom as the morning sun made it quite warm and a little uncomfortable. We all had a wonderful time regardless and would recommend to families and dog owners for sure.
