Stunning, delightful family-friendly home on the Golf Course. This is family-friendly accommodation in a quiet street amongst a group of other permanent residences. Parties and excessive noise will not be tolerated with SA Police called if needed. Bookings are accepted subject to owner's discretion.
Executive accommodation is located at the Links Lady Bay Golf Course, one of South Australia's premier golf precincts.
Substantial in its position, a contemporary two-story holiday home that is tastefully decorated, ready to cater to all of your needs whilst offering stunning views of the golf course and rolling hills in Normanville.
This large, two-story holiday home has 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large open plan kitchen, lounge, and dining room with a 2nd kitchenette located in the 2nd living area.
Upstairs you will find a spacious second story where you will find a superbly appointed kitchen with ample bench space, gas cooking, stainless steel appliances, and a coffee machine (guests must supply their own pods). There are floating floorboards throughout the open plan living area, which opens out to the extensive balcony, which includes an undercover bbq area to incorporate both indoor/outdoor entertaining.
There are two identical Master bedrooms with king-sized beds, built-in robes, and a balcony.
Downstairs you will find that it is also very spacious. You will find a second living area which comes complete with entertainment, a kitchenette, laundry facilities, 3 more bedrooms, and the added bonus of a table tennis table in the garage.
This property also offers the convenience of having a bathroom located on both levels of the home.
This home is absolutely perfect for that relaxing breakaway and was designed with comfort in mind, catering to all your needs and would suit all types of families, groups of friends, golfers, and the list goes on.
In the surroundings enjoy the tranquility, that is when the soft flutter of native birdlife is scarce, and the gentle sound of crashing waves in the distance settles. You will most likely see a mob of kangaroos in the morning and evening, numerous native birds, foxes, hares, and rabbits.

Each pack contains the following items and can be ordered to suit bedding configuration and guest numbers: Top and bottom sheets, pillowcases, bath towel, hand towel, bath mat face washer, and T-towel
Bonds: Bonds will also be held subject to a thorough check of the premises after departure.
