Our offering is all inclusive - no additional fee for linen and all beds will be fully made for you ready for your arrival (our home is one of the few large properties in the area that offers this).
Enjoy luxurious relaxation and quality time with loved ones in a home styled for comfort and elegance. The house is equipped with Wi-Fi and five smart TVs with access to Netflix, Stan, Disney+, Foxtel, Paramount Plus and Prime.
The well-appointed kitchen comes stocked with condiments, pantry items, and access to seasonal fruits, vegetables, and herbs from our outdoor vegetable patch.
This light-filled home provides a tranquil, private oasis with popular dining options, beaches, and recreational activities all at your fingertips.
No detail has been overlooked to ensure year-round comfort. The house features reverse cycle heating and cooling throughout, ceiling fans in the upstairs bedrooms and living areas, and a combustion fireplace for extra warmth and ambiance during cooler months.

***PLEASE NOTE our rates are based on twin share, a charge of $50 per night per additional guest / room to cover additional linen and cleaning. Bedrooms and bathrooms not booked will be locked and unavailable for guest use.

Strictly no parties or extra guests permitted. We have security cameras at the front of the property that notify us of unusual activity and capture footage of people accessing the property.

Summary: We had an amazing stay. The home had everything you could possibly need with quality products in the kitchen, bathrooms and comfortable and luxurious bedding.So much thought has gone in to making our stay comfortable and relaxing. Perfect for pets - even bedding, extra dog food (if needed) and toys were supplied. Outdoor area was perfect with amazing views. Thank you for providing such a lovely and welcoming space for people and pets to enjoy. Carla was an amazing and professional host .

Summary: Eight fairly fussy elder travellers fitted in this terrific 5 bed, 4 bathroom property with ease for a 5 night stay. It really is a gem. Tons of space to relax indoors and out, extremely well presented, kitted out and provisioned, very well maintained, pet friendly in need and located right on the Lady Bay links golf course. Perhaps best of all was the communication with the host and the numerous bits of information they provided to help us around the house, the area and McLaren Vale. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Summary: The home was presented immaculately, and had an excellent layout and plenty of space for our large group of golfers.Overlooking the 16th hole and green, and a short walk to the Links Lady Bay pro shop was the perfect location and setting.All the touches were spot on Best house we’ve had for our golf trips by far - will definitely be back again

Summary: We had a fantastic stay at Ludere with extended family. We were a group of 8 adults and 4 children (12-17yrs) and the house was perfect for us. So spacious and well appointed, with everything we needed. The furniture and decor was lovely, and the extra touches (welcome basket, spreads and condiments, spare toiletries) made us feel so welcome and at home. There has already been talk of a return trip, but we all want to make it longer next time!
