The home also has a six-seater dining area, half bath, and modern kitchen with infant/toddler utensils.

Summary: Our family of 5 had a great time and highly recommend this great find of a townhome. Quiet, historic street, close to the national mall and metro for sightseeing. Also, a quick 10 min walk to Georgetown for coffee and dinners by the water. Andrew was a great host, very pleasant and responsive. We'd love to come back in the future if we have the opportunity!

Summary: The property itself is gorgeous and clean. There are many beautiful neighborhoods to walk through nearby, and amenities such as grocery stores and restaurants are very close too. Another bonus is that within walking distance, you can tour many of the beautiful government monuments, and then walk to historic restaurants such as old Ebbitt Grill. We had a great time!

Summary: My family and I (husband, and 3 kids 15, 10, and 8) all had a wonderful stay here. The communication with the property manager was easy and prompt. He answered any questions we had very thoroughly. Check in and out was seamless. The property was just as described, clean, and organized with plenty of space for us to comfortably enjoy our time. The location was fantastic - on a beautiful quiet, tree lined street - and very close to the metro. Lots of great restaurants and Trader Joe's within walking distance. Great coffee available for the morning too! We will definitely be recommending it to friends or family and will be bak ourselves.

Summary: We were so happy with our accommodations! Not only did the place itself exceed our expectations, but Andrew was also fantastic! Everything was so clean, well kept, and let me stay, well stocked when we arrived. Andrew goes above and beyond to make sure that your questions are answered and that you feel at home during your stay. We were new to the area, and had no idea where to go to eat, but wanted to order in as we had a long day of travel. Andrew was great about providing restaurant suggestions, not only for that night but also for the duration of our stay. I can say that Andrew is a gem, and so is this place. We will definitely stay here again when visiting DC in the future. Thank you, Andrew, for being such an amazing host!
