Negative: the check in process and retrieval of keys to enter property was horrible, almost as if the host didn't know what they were doing. The host didn't process our payment on time causing us to have a 2 hour delay entering the property. My wife had to sit outside while I figured out the problem with the situation WHILE I WAS DRIVING TO MEET HER.

Positive: Great neighborhood, very clean inside, property management was very responsive over text
Negative: Electric failed on 75 % of building, luckily it was just a few hours before we left. Property was secure through deadbolt, but literally all the door knobs were loose, falling off or already completely off, this included interior and exterior doors
Summary: Overall great and would definitely stay at the property again.
