Negative: Wasn’t clean, bathroom really mouldy! Fans dirty, and sinks filthy. Needs a good clean. The cheapest poor quality pillows, and blankets. Some basic improvements would make it so much better. The lift sounds like it won’t make it!

Positive: Sandy and Tony are a wealth of local knowledge with helpful information for example close by pubs, transport ,taxi service location for night markets ,free maps to follow to the shops coles, woolworths , local must see attractions and entertainment
Negative: A bus service or tram service would be helpful from the board walk into the City for example Surface Paradise has this which helps support not only tourist, but the locals of this fantastic place to have access for example seniors families school children people with disabilities and the general public who work in the city
