Positive: The space was fantastic, and the cleanliness was top-notch. We have stayed in cairns many times, and it's a hit a miss, but this was somewhere that we will definitely be returning to. The pool was huge. The lady at the desk was so good and helpful. Overall, it was a great experience.
Negative: If i had to pick on something, the only thing i could think of is Location it wasnt the best, but it's also not the worst

Positive: The apartment was really spacious and it is near from the airport, although not from the centre. It has parking available.
Negative: Not recommended, mainly because of the staff. Before arrival, I asked if we could leave our luggage before check-in and was told it was welcome. However, when we got there, the receptionist was clearly annoyed, although she did accept the bags "as a favor" and said she’d bring them to our room. The worst part: when we returned later that night, our room had been left open with our luggage inside, completely accessible to anyone. The next day, when we asked again about storing our luggage after check-out, the receptionist was rude and made it clear it wasn’t possible. Just a tip: if luggage storage is not really an option, please say so clearly in advance—don’t let others go through the same and end up missing part of their plans, like I did. Apart from that, the apartment wasn’t really clean, yes the linen but not the tables or the kitchen…

Positive: Well set up apartment. We had a 1st floor with a balcony. Smoking allowed on the balcony which my daughter appreciated. Lovely hot shower. We only stayed overnight as we had an early flight. Very convenient to the airport and off-street parking was great. Elevator was good for carting luggage up & down.
Negative: Not fond of a shower over the bath and there didn't seem to be a non slip mat of proper grab rails. Vertical blinds meant you couldn't block the light from the next door apartments.
Summary: Convenient & comfortable overnight stay.

Negative: Being on the main street, it got a bit loud with people shouting out in the streets in the early hours of the morning, but that's no ones fault.
