Positive: The bed was great. Access to the pool at any time without the need to reserve. The space itself was great.
Negative: The services leave much to be desired. The breakfast is variable, but reasonable. The dinner buffet offers a wide variety, but has terrible quality; we decided to try it given the good rating it had on the internet, but it was a complete disappointment, very bad. The room service also leaves a lot to be desired, as on the second day of cleaning (I requested cleaning every two days) the lady left the cleaning halfway, leaving dirty dishes and not changing the towels. The rooftop is a fantastic space, but the staff is terrible, from friendliness to service... in addition to a 20-minute wait (because they are joking), they prepare the drinks and they sit on the counter forgotten for 20 minutes before being served. In the middle of this, no one realizes that we are not being served, and they still tell us that we have to leave because they are going to close... disappointment. The entire hotel has an incredible space with a lot of potential, but it really needs a good staff behind it.

Positive: Very clean. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful
Negative: A bit further from main activity places, but the hotel provides free shuttle bus service, taking 10-15 minutes commute to airport.

Positive: Clean, spacious rooms, the facilities were recently updated I assume, the bldg belongs to a campus with other Hotels and Convention facilities, therefore the campus has many outdoor areas, including a real Boeing 747 airplane on display!
Negative: Nothing really, the shuttle to/from airport works fine, however hotel location is not really suited for day trips into downtown Amsterdam. A bit more signage pointing to the dedicated hotel shuttle stop as you leave the terminal would be nice, since we found ourselves walking in the wrong direction until an airport employee helped. However I guess that is something the airport needs to improve themselves.
