Summary: There was supposed to be a shuttle to pick up at the airport but hotel did not answer phone. we had to taxi to the hotel. A/C did not work. was told they would fix it the next day....after we were gone. Great location to the airport and good breakfast buffet in the morning.

Summary: It’s really convenient for travelers who need transferring in Amsterdam, the shuttle bus is a great help. The front desk staff were very friendly and snack bar also offered some nice snacks.

Summary: Great hotel. Only compliant was there was no fridge or minibar in our room. Otherwise excellent place. We booked a schuttle to the airport which was fine but the South Asian driver was rather unprofessional in his conduct and attitude.

Summary: Quick layover stay. Free shuttle from the airport but €6/person back to the airport. Friendly and competent front desk staff. The staff at the bar/restaurant weren’t as great. Maybe it was end of their shift and they were just tired. But I would probably avoid it if possible.

Summary: Comfortable bed. Easy check in. Very poor sound proofing - sounded like people next door were in our room. Connecting door between the rooms gave as much sound proofing as a thin curtain. Not helped by fact that our neighbour was watching TV into the early hours and then up making noise again around 6am.
