Positive: The location was very convenient for our needs. The room was amazing and the bed was comfortable providing a good night's sleep. Reception also keeps a stock of toiletries, washing machine and dishwashing detergent, as well as tea/coffee/sugar accessible 24 hours. This was great!
Negative: It is an expectation that guests will leave the apartment neat and tidy on departure including washing the dishes, cutlery etc or be charged a cleaning fee. What I didn't like was finding cutlery in the drawer that definitely hadn't been cleaned by a prior guest and this escaped the hotel team as well. We first had to clean cutlery before ever using any. The only other thing was that the shower curtain was in extremely poor condition. We advised the hotel on check out.
Summary: Thoroughly enjoyed our first stay and immediately wanted to book another!

Positive: Great location on the river and many restaurants nearby. The hotel was easy to access parking and to use the lift to the apartment. The apartment was spacious and the bed was comfortable.
Negative: Although the hotel foyer was well looked after the apartment was quite worn looking, peeling paint, dated tiling. The bath was unusually shallow and there was no bathplug. Even thought there was a microwave there was no other means of cooking - it would have been nice to have a hob, a slow cooker or an air fryer so we went out for dinner both nights.
Summary: Overall a good stay, great location, comfortable bed but limited cooking facilities

Positive: Comfy beds, nice views, big kitchen.
Negative: They played an background zen music at reception 24/7 which one could hear all the way in the top story apartments (because of internal open stairwell). Very annoying to have to hear it all night, sound like a high pitched hum. Water pressure was rather weak, it's an old building.

Positive: Location. Close to the City without being right in it. The actual apartment although a little dated was spacious and well appointed. Views of the Brisbane City skyline and the River were great. Transport rail, bus and City cat options all very close. Restaurants and cafes in abundance. Spoilt for choice.
Negative: Not really a matter of not liking, more a case of convenience and safety was the shower being in the bath! Climbing in and out of a bath at a mature age does have its risks!
