Summary: I appreciated the full attention of the receptionist when checking in. Another staff member arrived and politely and patiently waited until the receptionist had finished checking me in, before she spoke to the receptionist I commended both staff on that. It’s a little thing but it was enough to make me feel valued as a guest.

Summary: We had a one night stay for the footy game at Suncorp. I booked the two bedroom Apartment and we were given a three bedroom apartment. It was nice and clean, spacious, and felt looked after. We used the hot pool and pool facilities, and found them nice and tidy too. The staff were all very professional, and lovely to deal with.
