Summary: Was a nice apartment in a convenient location, but unfortunately the apartment had only the obvious areas cleaned with some areas untouched for a very long time. I told the manager and she refunded some of the payment as a gesture of goodwill and did offer to come and clean.Communication and responsiveness was excellent so nothing that can't be fixed for future guests as everything else about the stay was very good.

Summary: Great stay. Had a minor issue with a cleaner in the building taking our allocated parking spot which was an inconvenience as long term street parking in the area is an issue. Otherwise, a very comfortable and convenient stay. Will be back.
