Positive: Our stay was lovely. The host is delightful and more than accommodating—friendly and happy to provide recommendations. We were traveling for work and had comfortable sleep and space for everyone included in our group. We were able to put our feet in the small pool. Water pressure was great. It is close to lots of things in the southern part of Hopkins, and a short (15 minute walk) or quick drive will get you into the main part of Hopkins for a delicious locally-made meal.

Negative: Rooms were comfortable and clean but basic and small
Summary: Very nice, was concerned about the older gentleman upstairs lording over the place, made my father feel unwelcome.

Positive: Awesome, quiet cabin. Best AC ever. Host went and brought me my own bag of ice (THANK YOU!!). Responsive hosts when I needed assistance. Host was kind enough to recommend an AMAZING place to eat. Seating around the pool is comfy like a cabana with various seating options. Everything in this town is close, so this is close to a beach but a close drive to all downtown amenities and attractions.
Negative: There’s no microwave. The pool shown is quite a bit more glamorous than in real life. In real life it appears much more worn out, maybe even dirty? I didn’t even bother to swim in it. It’s def not this blue. It’s a very short walk to the beach, but you cannot see it from here. Next door restaurant was a little loud, but not too late.
Summary: So comfy, great hosts, completely enjoyed my stay.
