Positive: Suzi communication was amazing. Any enquiries, questions I had, she was quick to respond. This home was honestly everything our family needed to enjoy our long weekend of basketball games. A clean comfortable home with all the amenities needed, there were toys and games for the kids to keep them occupied, the outside decking area was amazing for our family to enjoy dinner together. My children and hubby have said staying here was one of their fave weekends ever! I agree! Thank you Suzi for your incredible hospitality.

Positive: We had everything to make it comfortable and enjoyable! Even a surprise in the bathroom - the heated floor! We loved the whole experience there and will definitely come back here in the future. The host was amazing, very welcoming and sent all the information before arriving and what to do before leaving. Everything was clearly explained. We loved the location - grocery shopping was nearby. The hot springs were close as was Arthur's Seat and other places we had planned to see.
Negative: Can't fault anything.

Positive: The property was very comfortable and we absolutely loved the rooms and facilities. The outside space is very lovely and we enjoyed spending time outside and putting on the fire place which was nice and warm. Big yard at the front of the house with a fence where our small dogs could run around in. Our dogs enjoyed their time away too! The house was spotless and the rooms were nice and cosy and warm. The bathroom was stunning and the kitchen was full of the necessary equipment that we needed. Beautiful house decor, the colour scheme was amazing. The bedrooms came with comfy pillows and spare blankets which were warm and a small plug in heater. I loved the light that shined through the house during the day in all the rooms and living room. Very modern which is what I loved about this lovely house.
Negative: We did not like the parking arrangements. Before we arrived I read the parking arrangements which was outside of the fence and not inside the property because of sprinklers that come on at around 6:30am but we did not see sprinklers. Good that there was cameras outside facing our car but we would have loved to have peace of mind if our car was inside of the property at night time. When we arrived we found a couple of dog poop on the ground in the backyard and front. We cleaned it up as we brought our 2 little dogs aswell. The television was a smart tv which we loved but was a little slow and the sound wasn’t the best.
Summary: We had an amazing weekend and we would definitely come back! Thank you for a great stay :)

Positive: The property had everything you could need. Suzi has everything covered, including the small details that a property is often missing - like somewhere to hang your towel and plenty of PowerPoints by the bed - she has it covered! The photos don’t do justice. Everything is beautifully appointed with high quality bath products, lovely towels, more condiments then you could dream of and plenty of lovely kitchenware.
Negative: One very important point however, which is quite misleading, there is ONE bathroom that includes a shower, bath and toilet. Then a second toilet and sink in the laundry. I think it’s important to be clear about the bathroom situation, we managed, but if there had been more than three of us I think it would have been an issue.

From the moment we walked in, everything was immaculate—fresh, spotless, and smelling amazing. The attention to detail was incredible, with every little touch thoughtfully provided. The host was so lovely, accommodating, and always helpful, making us feel truly welcomed. The house itself was not only comfortable but also filled with so many extra features that set it apart from other places we’ve stayed. It was an exceptional experience, and we would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend!
