Located on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula, in a brilliant spot between the hubs of Rosebud and Rye, "Turquoise Waters" offers all of the Peninsula convenience without feeling a part of the crowds. Only a 5 min drive to hot springs and flat walk to a tranquil bay beach, and a local cafe/restaurant adding to the many attractions nearby. This beach-themed getaway will reward our guests with a true escape from the hustle and bustle, allowing that "disconnect from the busyness" and "reconnecting" with what's important. The space
This B&B is set in a beautiful tropical setting, overlooking the front garden. Self contained area.
The accomodation is part of our house but you have your own private space with a separate entrance located on a deck .You have your own private zone (which includes a bedroom, bathroom, and seperate lounge which overlooks front garden ).
We can accomadate 3 people for small extra charge . Our sofa chassis couch pulls out for an extra double bed . . Mainly suitable for 1 extra adult.
Reverse cycle in bedroom and portable heating cooling in lounge room.. We have car parking for two cars. Drive right up the deck to park. Wkds only.
We have a mini kitchenette which includes a fridge, toaster, kettle, microwave , bb utensils and cutlery . We offer a tasty continental breakfast which is self serve . If you require to use our bbq please ask beforehand so we can prepare it for you .

Our relaxing safe and secure place people have said has alot of warmth and character. We like to uplift people with having motivational enlightening books and quotes around the place.
2. LOCATION & POSITION
We are 5 min walk to the beautiful safe beach . Close by to local shops and fantastic restaurants . You overlook a lush Tropical garden .
3. OUR HOSPITALITY and INCREDIBLE VALUE
We are warm welcoming host and we love to spoil our guest by what we offer .
- We offer sole use of our full body massage chair which is divine after going to the hot springs .

You have your own private lounge, bedroom and bathroom, and front veranda
Keys either will be given to you or we wil put them in a safe spot which we wil tell you before entry.
Other things to note
We have friendly small dogs always willing to greet new people.
Great place to stay if exploring the Pennisula, going to the hot springs or attending a wedding.
This beach-side escape can be booked as an ENTIRE house (mainly in the summer, under the title "Whitehaven"), but throughout the year the front of the house is available for singles /couples as a relaxing getaway.

Summary: We had a lovely weekend stay at this property. The hosts were away but provided clear instructions so we could make the most of our time there. Everything was as expected - neat and cosy. Super convenient for visiting Peninsula Hot Springs, Rye and other nearby places. We had a lovely dinner at The Kitchen which is within walking distance. Highly recommend.

Summary: The property was exactly as advertised but exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort and having a front verandah to relax on was a real bonus. The owners are very friendly, helpful people who bent over backwards to recommend local places of interest and also had some good suggestions for our onward trip to NSW. Highly recommended, the place really felt like a home from home.

Summary: We felt so welcome at this property. The owners were super kind and very friendly. Location was perfect, being 5 mins drive to Hot springs and so close to beach and eateries. We stayed 2 nights felt like we had been away for a week. It was just so homely and relaxing...ooh and the massage chair was great . A nice little gettaway...

Summary: The accommodation was fantastic and clean. The host Jaqui was lovely and friendly and welcoming. We were supplied us with fresh milk, break and butter abd coffee machine. Thr only thing I didn't realise was that the entrance to property was next to the main house entrance so it was completely private. In saying this, it was still a lovely stay and we all had a wonderful time.
