Positive: We are a family with 2 kids and we stayed 5 days in this apartment. We had everything we need it. Confortable beds, heating was working properly, hot water, kitchen with everything needed (fridge, microwave, cooking facilities). Right accros the street is a market with everything you might need opened from 9 AM till 10 PM, another Carrefour express is 5 minutes walk, metro station Park and public transportation 5 minutes walk, coffee shops and pizza delivery are right there. Grand Place is 10 minutes walk. Cirque Royal is 160 meters away. The owner responds instantly, key is easy to acces. Location was perfect for us (money wise and accesibility).
