This cottage has been renovated specifically as a holiday retreat with everything you need for a great Devon getaway.
The clever open plan layout of this property means that everything is on hand from the cute kitchen, the dining area or watching TV from the two-seater sofa. The master bedroom has a welcoming double bed and offers direct access to an enclosed garden area with a table and chairs that make it a tempting place to pass a couple of hours. Summary: Our stay at Rosemary Cottage Annex was very comfortable. The bed was so nice, and the cottage was spotless. Beware the cottage is down a steep lane, but once there the view is well worth it. It would have been nice to have salt and pepper and coffee and tea available, amenities we have had at every other accommodation we stayed at during our tour of the U.K.

Summary: Perfect property for a couple’s retreat. Ideally located, Torquay, Teignmouth within 15 minutes drive of the property, with Maidencombe beach and pub 5 minutes. Cottage is clean and has everything needed for a holiday. Neil was helpful with a couple of questions pre the holiday and was around if required during our stay. Will definitely look to come back at some point. Richard and Julie.

Summary: Annexe was very welcoming. Exceptionally clean and well equipped. It would have been nice and useful to have a bedside lamp, then the person near the wall could read, but not have to get out of bed to turn off the main light. Otherwise great stay. Would happily recommend

Summary: This beautiful cottage is located in a quiet and impressive landscape. Within 15 Minutes walking distance you can reach the beach and a very nice Pub (The thatched Tavern). We enjoyed our stay very much in July / August 2024.
