Our Master Suite has been stylishly decorated to a high standard with quality furnishings and fittings - including a luxurious and romantic Four Poster king-size bed. In addition to the spacious bedroom with modern en-suite facilities, Freeview TV, hairdryer and personal safe, there is a separate lounge equipped with 40 inch LED Freeview HD TV, DVD player, writing desk, comfortable settee, quality beverages and complimentary cookies & mineral water.
Welcome to Court Prior Boutique B&B and Apartment, situated in a quiet yet central location in Torquay. This beautiful, AA 5-Star Accredited Victorian villa is set in its own pleasant gardens and still retains many original features. The mild climate of Torquay and the local area suits the visitor all year round. We are within walking distance of many of the local attractions such as; Princess Theatre, Torre Abbey, Riviera Centre, the beach, Torquay town centre and harbour. And just 7 minutes stroll to local cafés & restaurants. Alternatively, a community bus service operates to the town centre harbour and Paignton.
All our bedrooms are furnished to a high standard with modern en-suite facilities comprising; quality tea & coffee making facilities, complimentary water, flat-screen LCD television with Freeview, WiFi internet, hair dryers, personal safe and individual controls on CH radiators. We have a Master Suite (with romantic and luxurious Four-Poster king bed), Deluxe King, Classic King and Deluxe Single rooms available over the ground and first floors.
And for guests with furry friends, our luxurious, cottage-style, self-catering Garden Apartment with private patio is DOG FRIENDLY (sleeps 2 adults).
Our delicious breakfasts (served between 8.30am - 9.30am) are cooked to order and include: freshly made fruit salad, poached fruits, yoghurts & cereals, as well as choice of either traditional cooked breakfast, omelette with a selection of fillings, or daily specials such as smoked salmon & scrambled eggs on English muffin. Our produce is sourced locally, free-range, organic and fair trade where possible.
We have a large, level car park for guests convenience, as well as a pleasant garden/terraces and lounge for your enjoyment. We are open most times of the year and provide guests with quality accommodation in a relaxed and comfortable environment.

Summary: Our room was spotless and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Anthony and Pauline were fantastic hosts and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was gorgeous and they obviously used locally sourced produce. Looking forward to the next time we're in Torquay as we will be staying at Court Prior.

Summary: As in our previous visits Pauline and Anthony were extremely welcoming and helpful. We stayed in the Master suite which was beautiful , so tastefully and elegantly furnished with everything we could need provided. My partners dietry requirements were catered for , without a fuss and the breakfast selection was very good as usual. Pauline and Anthony are lovely, caring hosts and we are looking forward to our next stay with them.

Summary: The B&B was beautiful, the location amazing, things to do are varied and interesting, and the hosts were absolutely top-notch! We came as customers, left feeling like family! Anthony & Pauline go out of their way to prepare delicious breakfasts, treats, offer local siteseeing and history recommendations. They even tolerated a couple of crazy Americans and their desire for iced coffee in the mornings! Thank you for making our visit so special, and we would love to return some time!

Summary: Authentic English B&B in an atmosphere of quality style English interior. Very high level of attention to detail related to pensioners needs - be it accomodation, advice on local tourist attractions in Torquay and Devon, or breakfast preferances - you will find them truly committed. Summary: Everything. Location good, Car parking on site, rooms excellent, hosts wonderful, breakfast magnificent. Very well run and organised. Very friendly. Nothing too much trouble to ensure guests are looked after. Hosts had very good local knowledge of places to visit and eat. We will definitely be revisiting again.

Summary: From the moment we arrived which was extremely early we were made welcome able to park car and walk to the town. The room was perfect. Bed extremely comfortable water fresh milk teas and coffee available. Really lovely to have a lounge area downstairs to sit in as well made us feel like we were at home. Breakfast was perfect all freshly made, homemade yoghurt pots very tasty. Could not fault anything about our stay. Our original B&B accommodation had been cancelled l am so glad this is a gem.

Summary: This is a really lovely boutique hotel to stay in. The hosts are so friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was fabulous with a great selection of home cooked food. Our room was wonderful with a separate sitting room that we could relax in. We would certainly recommend here.
