A small sandy beach area is ready for your use. A queen size bed in master, a set of bunkbeds with a trundle twin pull out, a washer and dryer on site, kayak and paddle boards there for your use. Summary: The cottage is the perfect place for a getaway! We really enjoyed our stay and it was just right for our family of 7. Check in process was a breeze and communication was excellent. The cottage has everything you need and a beautiful view. We really hope to come back in the summer and enjoy the lake activities.

Summary: The cutest and perfect place for a week long getaway. Enjoyed coffee on the patio in the morning, and watching the sunset at night. My kids really loved the beach/sand area, and swimming out to the raft for tons of cannonballs and jumping. Highly recommend for a family vacation

Summary: This is our second time staying at this lake house and this time we decided to stay for 2 weeks. We were able to bring our computers and work from the sunroom with a beautiful view of the patio and lake. The wifi was strong enough to allow for both my wife and I to be working at the same time. We enjoyed using all of the water toys that are available with this rental (water mat, 2 kayaks, 2 stand up boards and the canoe. It is very nice to be able to walk into the water right from the sandy beach and have a sand bottom for a little ways out. We also enjoy jumping off the swim platform and floating around in the water. The trees in the yard also provide a nice amount of shade during the day. Finally everything worked great in the house and we cooked many meals in the kitchen and on the grill. Overall great experience, highly recommend. Loved the new air conditioner that was recently installed (no more loud window A/C units!!!)

Summary: The house was everything and more! Perfect location. My kids were in the water everyday. None of us wanted to leave. Definitely would love to stay again!

Summary: I needed a place to quarantine for a week so I could feel safe babysitting my grandson while my daughter and son-in-law were having their baby. I chose the property because it's close to their house. However, I was pleasantly surprised by how cozy, clean, and well-stocked it was. It far exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay there again. The lake view is beautiful. I was there in January, but I'll bet it's a blast in the summer! I highly recommend this property.

Summary: Had an amazing fall weekend getaway with temps in the 80s, perfect the lake. This property is exactly what I was looking for - cozy lake house with all the amenities! Kitchen stocked with everything you need! Comfy beds. Awesome lakeview sun room and patio. Lakeside beach made for easy use of the kayaks and SUPs. Had a wonderful time kayaking around the whole lake, and loved the view of the uninhabited portion of the lake right from the patio/yard. Owner super helpful and responsive. Contactless check-in. Can not wait to return here for another weekend getaway either fall again or summer so could use the dock, swim station and canoe. Thank you for the wonderful place to stay!!!

Summary: The house itself is pretty small but has everything that you need. We cooked all of our meals in the kitchen so it met our needs quite well. We spent almost all of our time outside enjoying the lake and the view. We loved how the yard faces the lake and beyond the lake trees, instead of just other houses. We also talked to the neighbors on both sides who were both wonderful. We also used the kayaks, SUP boards as well as the maui matt. The kids had a blast with all of the toys and just jumping from the swim dock.

Summary: We wanted a last minute weekend away before school started to just hang out on the water, and this cottage delivered. My son caught fish everyday off the dock, we kayaked, SUP'd, canoed, jumped on the floating thing, and genuinely had a great time. We did grocery pick up just down the road at Kroger and the house had everything we needed. Thanks!
