Summary: We rented the property while in town for a family reunion. The property was absolutely beautiful, clean and cozy! It was shared amongst 4 adults and 2 kids. We all were comfortable. My grandmother was one of the adults and she absolutely adored the property. She said she felt at home. They have everything you need. Cleaning supplies, laundry supplies as well as kitchen essentials. All of the TVs were Roku which was great for the kids. There is also plenty of parking and we all felt safe. Some of our other family members came over to see the property, being that everyone else stayed at a hotel in Marianna, and they all talked about how beautiful it was inside. The screened porch is a nice touch and was great for when our family came over to visit. The owner has excellent communication and sent all necessary information and instructions right on time. We thank you for allowing us to stay for the weekend. Next time our reunion is in Marianna we will all battle to book it first! Lol

Summary: It was very nice, decorated very cute. I did have to put up some decor as i did have small children. We had a small issue with water while there and the property owner was super respectful and had amazing response time. We typically used the space for showering and sleeping but you could enjoy hanging out there too! Over all great experience.

Summary: We loved staying at this beautiful cottage. Very quiet and elegant! The living room is very comfortable and relaxing, with an electric fireplace, nice sofas, chairs and coffee table. The main bedroom has a great bed and plenty of room. The other bedroom has two smaller beds. It is on a very quiet street, with just one other house and a church; no through traffic at all. Refrigerator, washer and dryer add to the convenience, as well as a screened front porch. If I travel to Marianna again, this is definitely where I will stay.

Summary: This was the perfect place for our family to stay. Two grandmothers, mom, & two sisters in town to visit & watch the grandson play baseball for the Chipola Indians. The house was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Sure do hope this place is available when we plan our next getaway!

Summary: The host was good to reply to our problems, but didn't fix everything. We lost our parking a couple of weeks before we left and had to park on the road. There was an animal underneath the house which never left. The house was not too clean when we moved in. The screen on the porch was partially ripped off. Hate giving a bad review, but we would not rent again.
