Positive: Clean. Grounds attractive. Clean room and bathroom. Staff friendly and nice.
Negative: We had a king room and we had 4 small pillows that were not king pillows. Like dollar store pillows. Excellent stay but pillows look and slept bad.

Negative: I checked in late night when there was one person at the front desk. It was a little annoying that the person would stop to assist othere while I was being checked i instead of asking them to wait. The room was not cleaned as well as I expected. There was trash in the trash can from the previous people. There was wash cloth left on the shower rail in the shower. Made me wonder if the room was clean prior to my arrival.

Negative: When I arrived, I was told by the staff that they were having an issue with key cards and I had to be escorted an let into my room by a staff member. That wasn't a problem, I understand that technical issues arise and somethings can't be helped. I was informed that when I needed to gain entry back into my room that they would be available. I stepped out to get something to eat and when I returned, I observed others checking in and receiving key cards. It would have been nice if I was informed when the key card issue had been rectified. I am a Marriott rewards member and have stayed in several properties, and I can say that this one was probably my least favorite.
