You will fall in love with this unique mid century industrial home located on 6 miles of spring fed water. This is a brand new home loaded with amenities. 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths with large living, dining, and kitchen area. 500 sq foot completely furnished private dock . Once here you will never want to leave. We are located just 110 foot off of the water with gorgeous views from 36 foot of glass in the front room. The house includes kayaks and canoes, fire pit, and fully stocked kitchen. Every bedroom has its own smart tv, and I the living boasts a large 55 inch tv. But with all of the wildlife and things to see, you likely won’t have time to watch anything. We have seen otters, foxes, bob cats, deer, owls, and many of the local native birds. Summary: Very nice house, with plenty of room. Everything needed for our stay was at the home. The driveway is no joke. You need to be careful backing out of the parking spot. The dock was very nice and relaxing, and the yard was huge. Beautiful location and very quiet and relaxing. The only issue we had was the bathroom sinks. They sat so high my wife had to stand on her tiptoes to brush her teeth. I'm 6' and had a little trouble as well. I would highly recommend this location to others.

Summary: Very clean with lots of space. Entire home is well stocked. We enjoyed paddling down the water. Very nice location, close to the state parks and grocery store.

Summary: What a wonderful property! It has an amazing view! Lots of room to spread out. Excellent condition and comfort! The Host was so attentive and helpful. We will for sure use this Vrbo again!!! Great Location!!

Summary: We really enjoyed this newer house on the pond. We used the kayaks and canoes to paddle around and fish. The backyard is big enough for a family wiffle ball or football game. The house is beautifully decorated and they left the lights on for our late arrival! Lots of towels and necessities. We didn’t make it to Blue Springs but definitely want to go next time!

Summary: This is a beautiful property right on the water. I stayed with my husband and two kids ages 9 and 10. We enjoyed sitting on the dock, kayaking and fishing. A few passing storms caught us and we were able to sit and play some games inside. House is equipped with everything you need. If we find ourselves back in the area we would stay again.

Summary: I reserved the house for my 2 sons and their families who were in Marianna for our 50th wedding anniversary! The house is stunning! The owner has thought of everything you might need while staying there. The house is beautifully furnished! There are games, kayaks, a great dock and ample room to play a game of football! A great deck overlooks the Mill Pond! The entire back of the house has sliding glass doors that provide a wonderful view! There are plenty of areas to simply sit back and relax. If we could give the property 10 stars we would! Looking forward to reserving it again for a December wedding!
