Positive: Location, safety, restaurants, breakfast, the pool, the staff, the room. Fold out was comfy.
Negative: The liggts in the bathroom turn off. Tge air conditioners leaked on the carpet in front of them. Only one side table. Couldnt get the tv to connect to the internet. The bathroom was tight. Bathroom door was in the way of everything. Had to squeeze against tye sink top to close the door

Positive: The breakfast and that there was always fresh coffee available.
Negative: My stay was the 4th of July weekend. Temperature was 90+ outside. The AC did not work. Maintenance came twice. I was told couldn't be repaired until after the holiday weekend. I propped the door open to let the cool air from hallway into my room before I went to bed. Then I shut the door. This was the 4th time I have stayed there. I always request room 411. It is a suite. And thank goodness because the bedroom AC worked fair.
Summary: I hope the AC works the next time I visit.

Negative: The room was not very clean looking. The AC unit was pulling away from the wall under the window. The TV didn’t work. Someone had drawn on the picture above the voice. The sheets were clean but everything else felt dirty. And not have a TV was annoying but it was late at night and we were exhausted.

Positive: The clerk at the front desk checking in and out were both very kind and helpful.
Negative: The breakfast had 3 warm options, two of them were premade and rubbery. The 3rd floor smelled like cigarettes and clearly had occupants smoking in the hallway. The price for the room wasn’t terrible…but was bad for the quality. The beds were lopsided. The carpets were sticky from not being shampooed.
