Summary: Lock on room door was broken, bathroom door did not close all the way, trash all over parking lot including used disposable gloves, long brown hairs all over all towels in bathroom(I have short blonde hair), checked in at 3:45(45 minutes past check in start and was told no room for 20 minutes(parking lot had 3 other cars besides mine and just overall dirty and very rundown.

Summary: I prepaid throughhotels.com that's how I found this hotel and that was okay it's when I got here and they charged me an extra $50 deposit for whatever reason but didn't charge everybody because when I was checking out this morning I was the only one that was informed that of the four people standing there that my deposit would be put back on my account within the next 5 to 10 business days depending on my bank which I think is BS because I paid for it prepaid I already paid for my room should have never had to make a deposit when I got here not only that when they give me my room it's on the second floor it looks decent when you walk in there until you walk in the bathroom in the tubs got hair in it it's dirty the sink has dirt and stuff all over it it's dirty the place was dirty super freaking loud and noisy never made it downstairs to eat breakfast because I was afraid as dirty as the room was how would the kitchen be don't in the room next door to us was literally under construction half the night with the beating and the banging it was ridiculous I will never stay at this hotel again

Summary: We stay here every year for our annual family vacation. Its truly a wonderful stay. Staff are great and responsive to whatever we need. Our bathroom was beautifully remodeled this year.

Summary: This hotel was ok. It would be better as just an over nighter than for an extended trip. We were here for a baseball tournament. Breakfast was basic but was sufficient for the boys before games. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
