Summary: We went there for the birth of our daughter via a surrogate. It was winter the driveway got plowed. We did have to ask her to drop off some salt for the dock. The neighborhood felt safe. The highway was a little loud but not terrible. I did book the night before we were supposed to depart one extra day because my daughter needed a stay in the hospital longer. Then the next morning we found out we were discharged and could come back home which was an 11 Hour Dr. I asked for the one night money back since it was less than 12 hours of booking and she said that there was no one lined up anyway. And she would not return my one day.

Summary: Pros- The interior of the home was okay. Some minor things could be repaired and look nicer. Beds were comfortable and the water was hot for showers. All the appliances worked, and we had a fun trip. Cons- The exterior was not as nice as the interior. Gutters were torn down and left in the bushes next to the house. Garbage from the previous renters still in the outside garbage cans next to the house attracting flies and critters. The air conditioner never made temperature during the day. Ended up being a dirty filter and condenser outside was plugged with cotton wood. I notified the property manager and there was a service tech out the next day to fix the problem.

Summary: The washer did not work, the tub filled as you showered which was gross and the place inside and out could have been cleaner. Also, there needs to be more lighting outside. Overall, it was ok

Summary: Pet Friendly. Large, unfenced backyard. Easy walking neighborhood, with only local traffic. Right next to route 65, so country folk will need to get used to the trains and freeway noise. Small, quaint, 3 bedroom ranch with one bathroom. Bath towels and bed linens provided and a nice, guest snack bag. Xfinity TV and wifi. Would stay again.

Summary: They’re going to have to figure out how to clean the house to get rid of the lingering smoke. It’s very nice and re-done but the old smoke issue is still there. Otherwise it would have been perfect.
