We have a 5 night min during festivals and Mardi Gras. Your fabulous 1800 sq. foot condo will have access to an in-ground pool, patio with barbecue grill and dining area, Jacuzzi, and lush gardens. We have an awesome location and are next to the World Famous Sammy's Deli and Old New Orleans Rum Distillery. The duplex home has been decorated by a Local New Orleans Artist! We live on site and rent the other side. We spared no expense in setting up this beautiful vacation home for our guests. It's located three miles from the French Quarter and Jazz Fest. It's the perfect oasis for your New Orleans' vacation. You'll relish all the amenities of a posh hotel at half the price and twice the privacy. Exercise with weights, NDT ball, or recliner bicycle. Make yourself a gourmet salad with our herbs, seasonal fruits, and vegetables. Lavish in 1000 thread count cotton sheets, wrap up in Turkish towels, and choose your bathing preference with an open air rain shower or a deep old fashioned tub. Stay entertained with a 55 inch 4k Smart TV in the bedroom or living room. Watch a football game on the 42 Inch TV located in the kitchen/bar. Catch a great movie while resting on our comfortable "Murphy" Cabinet beds (Queen size, of course). There's even a TV to watch "Life Time" while you soak in a bubble bath. A 750 watt surround sound system with Blue Tooth will delight your ears. The entire house will come alive with your favorite songs powered by Klipsch speakers. The lighting is amazing, as well. Twelve dimmable wall sconces will set the ambience for your evening. Stay cool with ceiling fans in the master bedroom and Murphy bed nook. The minibar area hosts a daybed that is amazing! Relax in the warmth of the sun, curl up with a good book, or take an afternoon siesta. Feel free to relax! Enjoy the view of our beautiful courtyard and have coffee on the terrace. This is certainly the place to stay after enjoying the high energy pulse of The Big Easy. This house exists for one reason: for you to unwind New Orleans Style! NO PARTIES ALLOWED ON SITE.

Summary: Absolutely beautiful. Interior design, the decor, the layout, ease of access, all incredible. Came down to visit for Halloween weekend, if possible we would stay here every year

Summary: My wife and I enjoyed our stay at the property. Edward and Susan were very prompt in communication and very welcoming. They made sure to include convenient perks to make the stay more comfortable, like fresh eggs, coffee and other items. The property was very clean and very accommodating. The off street parking was ideal, as it raining right when we pulled up. We would definitely stay again.

Summary: This is a great place to stay. The owners have thought of everything! Edward was very accommodating and showed us around as soon as we arrived. It was nice to have a secure place to park. The garden and pool scenery was absolutely beautiful. The place was clean and had everything we needed, plus more. They even had snacks and fresh eggs when we arrived. We loved playing in the pool and the design of the condo was very nice. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Summary: This place was very clean and owners very helpful and friendly. Had very nice garden fresh eggs from the chickens. Was awesome to set in pool and watch the big screen. House was clean and spacious loved the water fall shower head and my wife loved the big soaking tub while she sat in it and watched television. This was a great place to stay can't wait to go back again

Summary: Every single thing about this property is AMAZING!!! It is elegantly decorated and beautiful. Edward and Susan are amazing hosts who go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. The pool, hot tub, and fire pit are amazing; they enhanced our trip tremendously. I cannot recommend this place enough!!!!

Summary: A beautiful 1 bedroom condo that lived up to expectations. It is beautifully decorated. This place was definitely as advertised and a very comfortable and secure living spot for your vacation needs the owners were very friendly and inviting. My only suggestion would be to come during the warmer months so you can utilize the pool and hot tub. The Enchanted Oasis is far enough yet close enough to all of your fun and activities during your stay. I would recommend this place to anyone just not during the time that I want to rent it lol. I hope this helps
