Summary: We stayed as a family with two kids, and sadly, our experience was quite disappointing. The reception staff were unfriendly and unwelcoming—no greetings, no smiles, not even a simple “hello” or “good morning,” which was very unusual based on our extensive travel experiences. We’re still unsure why the attitude was so cold. The only staff who were warm and friendly were the cleaning team—they were genuinely kind and a bright spot during our stay. The hotel doesn’t offer anything for children, which made the stay even less enjoyable for our family. We ordered room service at one point, only to be told by reception to come down and collect the food ourselves, which was quite unexpected. Later, when we tried to dine at the restaurant, we were informed by the waiter that they couldn’t serve us due to a conference and being short-staffed—so again, no food available. On a positive note, the bed was very comfortable, and the room itself was clean. However, the bathroom is in serious need of renovation—the shower was old and rusty. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning.

Summary: Room was too hot and the room stat would not turn lower despite reading the instructions several times. A constant thudding noise from which sounded like music that continued into the early hours of the morning

Summary: Great hotel for a family traveling with a large vehicle. The location is not too far off the highway. We parked in the onsite garage and left the driving to Uber for the tourist sites . The staff was friendly and provided lots of local info. There wasn't too much to do near the hotel, but it was a good base away from the city center. Upon arrival, we decided to dine at the hotel bar/restaurant. It was really good! We opted for the breakfast package, which features an impressive buffet and ample coffee options. Our room was large, clean, comfortable, and quiet. I highly recommended this hotel whether you're on business (near NATO, airport) or a Brussels getaway.

Summary: The hotel is a little farther from City Centre than I thought but it was very quiet and close to bus stops to get around. Loved the sauna on the property and the rooms were spacious and very clean.
