Summary: The front desk attendant was terrible. Scolded me for using tap instead of inserting my card. Told me, “you need to do as I say!” Told me the reason for inserting my card was to prevent fraud. Found out later that was a lie. She started yelling at me that I need to listen to her, literally told me to “go to your room before I have you removed from the property!”. I couldn’t believe how she was treating me so I took out my phone to record her and she said that I needed to leave the property. I went to my room instead. She yelled as I was leaving that security would be up to remove me from the property. I spoke with the manager the next day and all I got was… I’m sorry that happened. Nothing else. Then I was checked out a day earlier by accident from another manager.

Summary: Service was excellent. Hotel was generally very clean. Room was a little dated, which definitely showed in the bathroom and shower, which showed some wear and tear. AC worked but wouldn’t get the room under 74 which wasn’t ideal. Overall, a fine stay but nothing special.

Summary: It could be the room needs to be updated but we stayed in room 250–the shower-head was green and white rusted. Old popcorn ceiling. Had an iron that had old red rust coming out of it. Sheets had rusted spots on them. The view from this room was the top of the hvac machines it seemed. Laying in bed, you can hear/feel other room doors closing. We stayed in the room since we were told the hotel was booked with the roots festival goers and there was a middle school event happening there. It was convenient to where we needed to go but I don’t think I’d stay here again.

Summary: Standard hotel. It’s close to the Mann Center, so has been my go-to for the past few years. It needs a little TLC, but compared to other hotels, is a good option. Great parking and accessible area.

Summary: This hotel is overall okay. The location was good and parking fee was reasonable. I did not chose to have the breakfast as it seemed expensive for what was being offered, but did not try so really can not give opinion about the food. The pool was closed for repairs so that was disappointing. It would have been nice to have that available as it was one of the reasons I chose this hotel over others. The beds were very comfortable and the staff was very nice and friendly.
