Summary: I am glad that I delayed writing this review. I stayed at this property May 23rd-May 25th of 2025 and they refuse to refund my money that was held for incidentals. There were no incidentals and I keep getting the run around of why this money has not been credited back to my account. I have heard it would take 7 to 10 days, 15 days, and it's because you booked with a third party but the third party did not put the hold on my card, Marriott did. I have called several times and have so many cases and still being given the run around. This location's staff is unprofessional and will not work to rectify situations in a timely manner. I am so disappointed with this hotel.

Summary: Staff was outstanding. Unfortunately my room was near a mechanical room and the pipes were making a loud pressure release every couple of hours. Also, very loud. I could hear other doors outside of my room slamming at all hours of the night.
