Located between the beach and the convention center in the popular "VIBE ART DISTRICT". 1st floor living room, kitchen and 1/2 bath. 2nd floor laundry, bedroom with full bath. King bed and a set of bunk beds that are double on the top and bottom. 3rd floor bedroom has a full bath, queen bed, and a balcony. The view from the balcony is one of the best views of the fireworks that occur bi-weekly here at the oceanfront. Linens are provided. Owner is a licensed real estate agent in the state of Virginia.

Summary: The place is perfect—clean with a nice kitchen and comfy bed (we only used the King). It was also well stocked with even fruit and cookies!The boardwalk and excellent restaurants are within easy walking distance.There is some major construction nearby, which means driving and walking directions need to adjust. But, far enough away that there is NO noise, so it is not really a problem at all.

Summary: Very nice place. Within walking distance to everything. Great restaurants within a block and just 2 blocks to the beach. I would highly recommend this property.

Summary: I came down with a friend and our daughters for their gymnastics competition and this house was perfect for us! Super clean and it had everything we could have needed. And the location was perfect as well! Would definitely recommend!

Summary: Super cozy and clean! Within walking distnance of food and drink. Everything you need is stocked for you in the condo. Beds were very comfortable. An enjoyable stay to be sure!

Summary: Such a beautiful and comfy place to stay and so accommodating to our two little dogs too. We couldn't get the coffee pot to work and I let Mitzi know and she was there within minutes to resolve the issue (on Christmas Eve nonetheless!!) And we cant forget the sweet lady next door who made us Christmas cookies and brought gifts for all of us, including our dogs! Such a great experience. 10/10 would definitely stay here again!

Summary: Great pet friendly rental. Lots of room for dog cage and pet beds. Dogs did not go nuts sniffing every surface when we entered which shows that it didn’t just look clean, it was . We didn’t use the second floor bedroom but the top floor was comfy and the balcony was plenty big enough for us and the two dogs. We had great walks to the farmers market, coffee shops, beach, lake and commune daily..

Nice layout, on site parking, well appointed, a ton of towels, wash clothes, blankets, dishes, cups, silverware etc. located within three blocks to the beach and boardwalk.
